How We Operate
KlearWrists is a Kampala-based private watch concierge. We present selected watches through trusted local supply partners and manage the client conversation, reservation, confirmation and handover with discretion.
A reservation made on this website is not an automatic sale and no online payment is taken here. Every watch, price and fulfilment arrangement is confirmed personally before payment or delivery.
1. You browse selected watches
The watches displayed on KlearWrists are presented for clients who want a calmer way to discover serious timepieces in Uganda. Listings include available information such as brand, model, reference, condition, accessories and indicative pricing.
Because availability can change, each listing remains subject to final confirmation before a transaction is completed.
2. You submit a reservation request
When you like a watch, you may save it, speak with us on WhatsApp or submit a reservation request. This simply tells the KlearWrists concierge that you are interested and would like the watch confirmed.
The reservation request captures your contact details, preferred payment method, fulfilment preference and any notes that help us serve you properly.
3. We confirm availability and details
Before asking you to proceed, KlearWrists confirms the watch details, current availability, final price, payment steps and delivery or collection arrangement.
If a watch is no longer available, reserved by another client or different from the listing details, we will tell you before any payment is made.
4. You choose collection or delivery
Clients in Kampala may arrange collection or delivery after confirmation. Countrywide delivery can also be discussed with the concierge.
Delivery timing, fees and handover details are agreed directly with the concierge before completion.
5. Payment is handled after confirmation
Cash, mobile money transfer and bank transfer are currently accepted by direct instruction. We do not process card payments or automatic online payments through this website.
Payment instructions are shared only after the watch, price, fulfilment method and client details have been confirmed.
What this means for clients
The process is designed to reduce uncertainty. You see the watch, register interest, speak with a real person and complete the purchase only after the important details have been checked.
