These terms explain how KlearWrists handles website listings, reservations, payments, collection and delivery. By using this website or submitting a reservation, you agree to deal with KlearWrists through a confirmation-first concierge process.
KlearWrists is an independent watch retailer and concierge in Kampala, Uganda. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the watch brands displayed unless expressly stated.
Listings and availability
Product listings are invitations to enquire or reserve. They are not guaranteed offers of immediate sale and do not mean a transaction has been completed.
Watch availability, final price, condition, accessories, delivery timing and payment instructions must be confirmed directly by KlearWrists before completion.
Reservations
Submitting a reservation places your interest with the KlearWrists concierge. It does not create an obligation for KlearWrists to deliver the watch and does not require you to pay online through the website.
KlearWrists may contact you to confirm your identity, interest, fulfilment preference and payment method before progressing the reservation.
Prices and currency
Customer-facing prices are displayed primarily in Uganda shillings, with optional USD equivalents where applicable. Exchange-rate assumptions may be shown for clarity.
The final payable amount is the amount confirmed directly by KlearWrists before payment. Prices may change before confirmation if supplier availability, exchange rates or listing details change.
Payment methods
Cash, mobile money transfer and bank transfer are currently accepted by direct instruction. The website does not process online card payments.
Do not send payment until KlearWrists has confirmed the watch, price, fulfilment method and payment instructions through an official contact channel.
Collection, delivery and handover
Collection and delivery arrangements are not automatically confirmed by submitting a form. The concierge will contact you to agree timing and location.
Kampala delivery and countrywide delivery may be arranged after confirmation. Delivery availability, cost and timing depend on the watch, location and agreed fulfilment method.
Inspection, authenticity and brand relationship
KlearWrists aims to describe watches accurately and to review identity, condition, accessories and documents before confirmation.
We do not claim manufacturer certification, official dealership status or brand authorization unless that is expressly stated for a specific watch or relationship.
Warranty, returns and cancellations
Warranty coverage, if any, depends on the specific watch, its condition, age, included documents and any written agreement made before payment.
Returns, exchanges or cancellations must be agreed directly with KlearWrists. Any special condition should be confirmed in writing before completion.
Customer responsibilities
Customers should provide accurate contact details, review the confirmed watch details carefully and ask questions before payment.
KlearWrists may decline or cancel a reservation if availability cannot be confirmed, client information appears inaccurate or the transaction cannot be completed responsibly.
Updates to these terms
KlearWrists may update these terms as the business grows. The version displayed on the website applies to new enquiries and reservations from the time it is published.
